  • What is your return policy?

If you’ve changed your mind about a product, you can return it within 10 days. To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
We will find the lowest available rate to minimize the return shipping costs that will be deducted from your refund amount. Items returned without prior request for return will not be accepted.

  • Can I change my address after placing order?

Please understand that Rug Nation USA will not be liable for any compensation if the mailing address was input improperly during the purchasing process. Before placing your order, we strongly suggest verifying the accuracy of all delivery details.
After placing your order, if you discover a mistake, please contact our support team as soon as you can. Any changes after your order has been placed are not guaranteed by us.

  • What kind of warranty do you provide?

We offer a complete one-year manufacturer's warranty with every rug we sell. For a period of one (1) year starting from the date of the initial purchase, this warranty protects the rug against manufacturing flaws in quality or material.

  • How thick are washable rugs

Our area rugs that can be washed are considerably thinner. To keep them from slipping and to make them feel softer, we advise using rug pads.

  • How do I obtain a copy of my receipt

You have the choice to view a printable version of your receipt after submitting your order. We strongly advise printing this out and keeping a copy for your records. If you entered your email address at the time of checkout, you will also get an email with an order confirmation. We can email you a duplicate or replacement copy of this receipt if necessary. Please email info@therugnation.com to get in touch with our customer service department.

  • How can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order within 10 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 10 days from the day of delivery. To exercise the right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel the order by a clear statement (by email).

You’ll receive store credits for the product's price within 5 Business Days

  • Are the colors true to life? 

Area Rug online pictures might not reflect how it will appear in your house. Before purchasing, you should think about and understand how factors like rug size, lighting, placement, and construction may slightly alter the appearance.
