• We offer free shipping within 48 contiguous United States (excludes recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Island and Guam). Shipping will be charged separately in case of delivering the item to excluded destinations.
• Orders handling time is 1-2 Business days.
• Estimated transit time is 5-8 Business days.
• We process orders Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) from 9am-6pm.
• The orders cut-off time is 4.00 PM EST.
• Orders placed on a non-working day will be dispatched on the next available working day.
• You can track your order via carrier tracking number or by contacting us through email.
• Please note that delivery time provided is reliable estimates based on vendor-partner order processing times and courier transit times and cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify the courier of delivery and inform us within 48 hours at given email ID (info@therugnation.com). We will do our best to sort out the problem as quickly as possible.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, once the order is placed and shipped, we cannot currently change your delivery address. Please make sure that when placing the order, you have selected the correct delivery address for your item(s).
